Do I need to be home when the cleaning occurs?
Some clients are home and some are not. Just let us know how to access the home if you are not there. If you provide us with a key, it will be tagged with a number so that no identifying information will be attached to it.
What if I want the cleaning tech to use some of my products?
We use green and eco-friendly products that are safe for our cleaning technicians and clients. These are low odor as well. If you prefer that we use your vacuum or products, just let us know and leave them out.
What else should I expect?
We will arrive within one hour of your scheduled time. We usually have two Maids come for the first clean to give your home extra attention before regular cleanings happen. You will receive text and email reminders on the day your service is booked and the day before.
What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
To get the most from your cleaning, we ask that you do the following:

Secure pets

Put away dishes, food, cloths, toys and important paperwork

Leave out any products you would like us to use

Leave out clean sheets if you would like them changed
Do I tip the Maid?
Our cleaners do appreciate tips. Tips are often 10 - 20%. This can be given to the Maid, or added to any type of payment. We accept cash, check, credit card, or Venmo. Just let us know if you are adding a tip to your payment.
