• We strive for transparency in pricing where there are no hidden fees or unclear pricing structures. Our final charge will match the quote you were provided.

• We provide excellent and timely communication through multiple platforms. Feel free to email, text, or call. During business hours we will respond right away. Appointment reminders are sent the day before via text and email. A text is also sent by the cleaner when they are on the way.

• For those with recurring service, we aim to have the same cleaner come every time. If this is not possible, we will give you the choice of another cleaner, or changing your appointment so you can remain with your cleaner.

• Avoiding products that leave a strong chemical smell. Our cleaners come supplied with the products we have approved for use on specific items. We do have products that get the job done!

• We are fully insured for any accidents that might occur. Whether an item is broke or a maid has a workplace injury - we have it covered. 

• We strive to hire cleaners that truly enjoy cleaning and are pleasant to have in your home.  Every new hire cleans our home within a few days of starting to ensure they meet our standards.
